BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
• Check in time is 2pm.
• Check out time is 10am.
• $10 refundable key deposit per person is required to be paid at time of check in.
• Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian and be in a private room.
• All guests must provide valid ID on arrival, which includes Passports, KeyPass and Australian and International Drivers Licenses. Student ID cards cannot be accepted as suitable ID.
• If you stay for 14 nights or more and caught the STARBUS to Discovery Melbourne we will refund your ticket, so make sure to keep your receipt! (not applicable to group bookings)
Payments
• All bookings must be fully prepaid at time of booking.
• 3% surcharge applies to all EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard payments.
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel your booking you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of your first nights’ accommodation. Remaining total will be refunded.
• Weekly rates are non refundable – if you depart early, the remainder of your week’s accommodation is forfeited.
• All ‘Earlybird Bookings’ are non-refundable.
Groups
If you are staying with a Group Booking please refer to these House Rules as the above terms and conditions do not apply to you. Groups of 4-10 require a credit card pre authorisation of $100 on arrival as well as a $10 key deposit per person. If people in groups are arriving separately, the first person to arrive need to pay in full for the whole group as well as the bonds. All bookings of 11+ people need to be booked through our groups department Melbourne Discovery Groups.
